About the event

Register your interest early as spaces are limited for each sport. We will be emailing you the dates and details once you have RSVP. 

Classes are specific to the sport so we will only be sending you the sport specific classes according to your selected sport. 

Classes includes but not limited to:

  • Creating your Nutrition Plan to prepare for competition – The Basics Part 1 & 2
  • Nutrition Approaches to prepare for Competition days - Testing out the Nutrition Plans for Competition days
  • Nutrition Approaches to prepare for Competition days - Fixing your Hydration Status
  • Nutrition Approaches to prepare for Competition days - Nutrition on Rest days
  • Nutrition Approaches to prepare for Competition days - Dietary strategies for resistance training days

Note:

It is highly recommended to go through all the classes. 

After attending all classes, you would be able to:

  • Identify which dietary strategies should be included in your Nutrition Plan
  • Monitor your daily Hydration status 
  • Prepare yourself for days before, during and after the competition.
