About the event

With demanding training schedules and busy school/work life, strategizing what to eat when to eat and how much to eat can be stressful. Why not letting us handle the rest while you take care the rest of the stresses of the day?

It includes:

  • Meal plans

Athlete performance and training adaptation are linked to adequate and periodised energy and nutrient intakes. As every Athlete has different nutritional requirements, training schedule and lifestyle, personalising the meal plan is an essential part of life. With the hectic schedule, you might want some help to take care of what, when and how much food you should be eating. We create, and plan weekly meal plans according to your schedules, type of exercise (e.g. the Weekly Training Volume + Training Intensity), periodised phases and lifestyle. You have an option for us to weekly order food items for you.

  • Hydration plans

Being dehydrated during training is found to negatively affect mental and physical performance while taking too much fluids before and during training and competition will give you another set of side effects and may cause athletes their life.

The hydration plan would help you estimate the sufficient amounts of fluids before, during and after key training sessions and before, during and after competition day in order to perform better.

  • Supplement plans

There are specific situations and dosage where supplements may be able to effectively improve performance and health. Although supplementation may be seen as an 'easy fix' to food-related problems, issues such as false expectations, safety concerns and the risk of consuming substances that are prohibited by WADA have to be taken into consideration for the health and safety of the athlete.

In the supplement plans, our Performance Nutritionist will do a risk-benefit analysis for Athletes before suggesting suitable supplements that is to be taken at a certain situation and dosage.
