About the event
Our recipes are Chef's and Accredited Nutritionist's certified. You would be taught various dishes that make up a complete meal for the particular meal times and scenarios such as:
- Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner on rest days,
- 4 hours before training/ competition
- 3 hours before training/ competition
- 2 hours before training/ competition
- Post-training/ competition snacks
- Post-training/ competition meals
You have the opportunity to get personalised recipes where portion sizes for each recipes are personalised according to your needs. This personalisation is only for those who joins our group coaching sessions.
